SL defence forces recovered a boat laden with high explosives possibly to be used for LTTE suicide missions in the beaches of Pannichchankerni- Batticaloa, on Monday the 21st of May, at 08.00a.m.
Further observations had revealed that the high explosives were laden along with four claymore mines. The SL troops had made the recovery on civilian information from the area.
